Cayenne: Mid-size red pepper, 30,000-50,000 on the Scoville heat scale. 
 
Thai Chili: Small hot red chili, 50,000-100,000 on the Scoville heat scale. 
 
Habanero: Small orange pepper with exceptional and unique complex flavour, 100,000-350,000 on the Scoville heat scale.
