It's been a very challenging and busy year for the farm so far. We have been understaffed this year, and with the prospect of September bringing further reduced staff hours and a changing schedule as our kids return to school, we are looking for ways to reduce our working hours in little ways. For me, this means especially reducing computer time (which necessarily happens after 10pm and before 8am).
I really appreciate all of our customers - CSA members and everyone who comes to market. I've kept online ordering an option since COVID-times began. But unfortunately, I have to take a break from taking orders online in order to make more time in my life. This week (for Market on August 28) will be the last that the online store is stocked for the time being. I plan to make online ordering an option again in November and December. We will still be at Ottawa Street Farmers' Market every Saturday from 8am-2pm and open on farm every Sunday from 12pm-4pm.
